AT&T released a statement today responding to the FCC’s inquiry regarding Apple’s App Store and the regime like chokehold that Apple and AT&T like to blame each other for. After the break.
…and that sneaky little shit, AT&T too. Wait until you hear who the hero is!
Because. Because what? Because you love touching things, eating finger foods, flipping people off, drumming your fingers, high-fivin’, bumping fists, and using your built-on tools in every way possible. That’s why there is yet another touch phone hitting the market this year. However, the MyTouch 3G from T-Mobile offers one thing the others don’t – sexy commercials with Catherine Zeta Jones. I’m sold.
The battle of the smartphones rages on as new contenders continue to appear from the shadows. Who’s will be the victor in the latest bout? iPhone 3Gs has come out swinging, but could the Blackberry Tour have a more sensible plan of attack?

That said, let me introduce [...]
Having never used Sling before I can’t really comment on the service itself, but what I can give you are faked testimonials a complete avoidance of the subject all together. However, I am still kinda psyched about this one. Orb Live does a pretty decent job at streaming TV to your iPhone, but I would feel much safer leaving it in the hands of Sling to do a better job. The app is supposed to be demonstrated at Macworld today as well as HD streaming to Mac’s. (I’m typing this on a PC by the way…only a matter of time). Check out the press release after the break.
